You&#39;ll be ensuring that all our dishes are prepared correctly to the recipe spec, that every dish that reaches the pass looks incredible and helping to train &amp; lead our awesome team. You&#39;ll also ensure that the kitchen is a beacon for food hygiene and H&amp;S standards, with a high level of cleanliness at all times. If you want to progress then we can help you pursue a career in kitchen management by developing your skills and knowledge even further. Ideally you’ll have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar premium branded fresh food kitchen environment, but if you’ve got a different background then don’t let that stop you from hitting that apply button!
