We’re opening new restaurants in fantastic neighbourhoods across the South, so due to our continued growth & expansion we’re now looking for a General Manager for our beautiful site.

We’re looking for a proven General Manager – you’ll need to be good at controlling your margins and at your happiest both looking after guests and training, inspiring & developing a happy team. Ideally you’ll have worked in a similar premium branded full-table service environment, so we’d love to hear from you if you’ve spent time running a restaurant or gastro pub, but if you’ve got a different background don’t let that stop you from hitting that apply button!
