We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager who brings the heart, the hustle, and the good vibes. Oxford is set to be a monumental addition to the Megan's estate, being our largest site to-date, spanning across multiple floors with a late night license. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love a buzzing floor, and can keep a team energised through every brunch rush, dinner peak and late night drinks, you’ll feel right at home with us.

You’ll balance the fun with the focus, keeping an eye on the numbers while keeping the energy high on the floor. Experience in a full table-service restaurant is a big win (whether that’s a busy neighbourhood spot or a charming little pub). But if your path has been a bit different, don’t worry, we’re big believers in potential and personality.
