We’re building the opening team for our brand-new Megan’s in Oxford, and we’re starting with the people.

This is for those who bring the energy. The ones who naturally look after others, lift the room, and keep things moving when it gets busy (because it will get busy).

You’ll be part of the team creating the vibe from day one. Welcoming guests, delivering great service, and making sure every visit feels like a little bit of sunshine.

You don’t need loads of experience. You do need:

• A genuinely warm personality (no robots, please)
• A team-first mindset
• The ability to stay cool when the brunch queue is out the door
• Energy, effort, and a willingness to learn
• Experience making cocktails if you want to work behind our vibrant bar

If you’ve worked in hospitality before - amazing.

If not - also amazing. We’ll teach you the rest.
