We’re growing fast, opening beautiful neighbourhood restaurants, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who loves creativity and commercial impact in equal measure. Someone who can bring ideas to life, connect with our communities, and turn brand love into real footfall.

💙 What you'll be doing

🚀 Campaigns, brand & storytelling

You’ll be the driving force behind how Megan’s shows up. From big seasonal moments to local activations that make each restaurant feel like the place to be.

That means you’ll:

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
  • Own the marketing calendar from menu launches to new openings and key trading moments
  • Bring our brand to life through creative, engaging campaigns that drive footfall and loyalty
  • Partner with Ops teams to create tailored local marketing plans that actually work
  • Lead on community and charity initiatives, making sure Megan’s gives back in meaningful ways
  • Support performance marketing activity across Meta, Google and beyond

You’ll make sure everything we do works, and keeps getting better.

  • Track campaign performance and report on what’s driving results
  • Use data and insight to refine campaigns and improve ROI
  • Work with partners to optimise digital performance and conversion
  • Balance creativity with commercial thinking - knowing what good looks like and what works


🌐 Digital, content & brand consistency

You’ll keep our digital presence sharp, consistent and unmistakably Megan’s.

  • Manage website content and updates, improving UX and performance
  • Work with creative, digital and media agencies to deliver best-in-class output
  • Champion the Megan’s tone of voice, look and feel across every touchpoint
  • Support teams with tools, templates and guidance to bring the brand to life locally


💙 What we're looking for

🧩 You’ll definitely have

  • Proven experience in a multi-channel marketing role within hospitality, retail or another multi-site business
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills
  • Experience working across digital, content and performance marketing
  • Confidence managing agencies and external partners
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with non-marketing stakeholders
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment
