We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who brings the sparkle! Someone who lives for warm, genuine hospitality and knows how to create those little “wow” moments our guests come back for again and again. You’ll be the person who keeps the vibe flowing, the team smiling, and the sales coming in (yes, you can love both people and sales, promise).

If you’ve led in a premium, full-service setting, from lively restaurants to charming gastro pubs - amazing! If your path’s been a bit different? Even better. Pay

💸 Salary package of up to £36000 per year* (combined fixed annual salary and base tronc), plus additional, uncapped tronc potential, based on site performance. Overall, on track earnings £40000 based on current site performance.
