Now, we’re looking to expand our sales team & have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to make Megan’s the place to party in every community we serve.


What you’ll be doing

  • Drive sales: Proactively build local relationships, convert enquiries into bookings, and lead private hires & group dining.
  • Own the guest journey: From the first enquiry to the last glass raised, you’ll deliver a seamless experience; managing enquiries, pre-orders, run sheets, and ensuring every detail is spot on.
  • Optimise our booking systems: You’ll be the expert in Design My Night, making sure our diaries are up to date, optimised, and driving sales.
  • Lead with community spirit: You’ll manage our charity partnerships, support local activations, and make Megan’s a true neighbourhood hub.
  • Be present at the party: For weddings, venue hires, or special moments, you’ll be there to ensure our guests leave smiling (and recommending us to everyone they know).


What we’re looking for

  • A natural host: passionate, personable, and outgoing.
  • A great seller: confident in converting enquiries into covers & driving proactive sales.
  • Hospitality experience: 2+ years in a similar role, with strong knowledge of booking platforms (Design My Night ideally).
  • Detail obsessed: brilliant communication, organisation & follow-through.
  • Adaptable & proactive: comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growing brand.
