We’re looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll love food, enjoy learning and take real pride in getting the little things right. Kitchen experience is great, but a brilliant attitude, plenty of energy and a genuine willingness to learn matter just as much to us.

💙 What You'll Be Doing

🧿 Preparing and cooking our dishes to Megan’s recipes and specs, making sure every plate goes out looking and tasting exactly as it should

🧿 Getting your section prepped, stocked and ready for service, and keeping things moving when the kitchen gets busy

🧿 Learning our menus, ingredients and cooking techniques, building your skills and confidence with support from the chefs around you

🧿 Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team, communicating clearly and jumping in to help wherever you’re needed

🧿 Keeping your section clean, organised and looking after our equipment, ingredients and products properly throughout every shift

🧿 Helping to control waste, following portion sizes, stock rotation and storage standards and treating our ingredients with the care they deserve

🧿 Following our food safety, allergen, hygiene and health & safety standards every shift, speaking up straight away if something isn’t right
