We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a brilliant Head of Marketing &amp; Sales to help us bring more guests through the door and more love to our brand. You’ll lead the charge on all things marketing, digital, brand and events – blending creativity and data to deliver campaigns that drive results and reflect the full Megan’s experience: from morning coffees and dog-friendly brunches to evening meals, cocktails and celebrations. As part of our leadership team; you'll be shaping strategy, growing brand presence, and developing a team that knows how to turn insight &amp; ideas into action. This is a fab role for a marketeer looking to grow in their career. What we're looking for:<ul><li>Proven experience in a senior Marketing role within hospitality or leisure – ideally casual dining or multisite groups.</li><li>Commercially astute with a deep understanding of how to turn marketing activity into bookings and repeat visits.</li><li>Confident with hospitality tech platforms including booking systems, CRM, email automation tools and social analytics.</li><li>Highly analytical, comfortable interpreting data, forecasting, and using insights to influence strategy.</li><li>A creative thinker with a solid grasp on digital, social, PR and brand-building.</li><li>A natural leader who builds high-performing, motivated teams.</li><li>Agile and adaptable, can roll sleeves up and pivot when needed in a fast-paced environment</li></ul> Why Megan’s?We’re passionate &amp; proud about what we do.
